This week we discuss the High Court decision in the appeal of the AMWU v Mondelez. A case that confirms that the entitlement to 10 days personal/carer's leave under the Fair Work Act means 10 days of 7.6 hours for full-time employees and a pro-rata amount for part-time employees.
